Welcome to the AlixPartners Value Creation Levers App. 

This app is designed to work on any device that can use a browser. That could be a PC, a Mac, a tablet, a mobile phone or even a games console. You can either use directly from your browser or you can install using the green install button on the start page. Pressing Restart in the bottom navigation menu will take you to the page with this button. Once you have installed onto your device, the install button will disappear. 

To use the app, navigate using the buttons like the ones below, making choices as to how best add value. 

Once you reach the end of the decision tree, you will see your solutions. You are able to toggle a switch to view or hide only the 'Quick Hits'. These are denoted with a little green badge as below. Quick Hits do not require much time or investment to deliver a benefit

Whilst you are navigating, you will see a breadcrumb tree forming, showing you the path you have taken. You may use these to jump back to any previous step. 

There is also a screenshot feature for the app located in the middle of the bottom nav bar. This will take a full page screenshot and save to your device as a download in .png format. This can then be added to presentations or sent to colleagues.

The burger menu top right of this app has a number of functional features. These include dark mode and log out.
